Ninh Binh City is about 93km from Hanoi to the South, traffic is extremely convenient when both National Road 1A and North – South Railway run through. Therefore, you can come to Ninh Binh by both road and rail.

Locals usually choose the bus to move among the provinces.It is cheaper but more cramped.

It is not really for sure right or wrong time to visit Ninh Binh city, it depends on how you feel when you are in a country with about 3200 kilometers of coastline and three different weather systems.
